OMS System Property Management

The Show Order Remarks property refers to additional comments, instructions, or notes associated with a specific order.

It provides important information or details that need to be communicated to relevant stakeholders involved in order processing, fulfillment, or customer service. 

By conveying important information or instructions related to an order, Show Order Remarks ensure smooth processing and fulfillment while meeting customer needs and expectations.


Step 01 How To Set Show Order Remarks

Determine first whether the request is to activate the messaging service in BizBloqs where clients can input messages in Exact under remarks. Then: 

    • Go to OMS
    • Search for System Property
    • Click + sign to create a property
    • In Property Value, choose "ShowOrderRemarks"
    • In Value, input the remarks of what the client request is. (VALUE = is the remarks of the client's request) 
    • Save the Property and Value that the client provides and always set the slider to "OFF" so the client cannot edit.
    • Save the settings
    • Once done, inform the client
