Configuring BatchDate in (SO) Shop Order "Production Order"

  • To arrange or make changes to the details of the shop order. 
  • Shop Orders for goods made out for an employee in the general supply store of a Company. 
  • Shop Order details can be adjusted through the OMS. 
  • Can do but still unable to edit using OMS. 
Notes
PROCESS
  • Check OMS 
  • Go to production Order 
  • Search for the Productions number or SO 
  • Check details and Click Edit-Icon in the top right
  • Scroll down to the properties below and click it to show the properties
  • In this example ticket: The batch date needs to be configured
  • Go to Batch date and Edit the Correct Value 
  • In Some cases, if the client is requesting other changes in Shop Order details please ask Line 2 if possible. If yes kindly proceed to escalate the ticket.
