Configuring BatchDate in (SO) Shop Order "Production Order"
- To arrange or make changes to the details of the shop order.
- Shop Orders for goods made out for an employee in the general supply store of a Company.
- Shop Order details can be adjusted through the OMS.
- Can do but still unable to edit using OMS.
- Check OMS
- Go to production Order
- Search for the Productions number or SO
- Check details and Click Edit-Icon in the top right
- Scroll down to the properties below and click it to show the properties
- In this example ticket: The batch date needs to be configured
- Go to Batch date and Edit the Correct Value
- In Some cases, if the client is requesting other changes in Shop Order details please ask Line 2 if possible. If yes kindly proceed to escalate the ticket.
