EMOB Order to Exact

OMS Account management for EMOB

  • EMOB has a function “Reference” in an order. 
  • If the reference  has a remark called “Cancelled” this means order cannot be picked and the reference should be removed before proceeding to Order to exact.

Step 01 Workaround

  • Login to OMS of client
  • Sales Order 
  • Search for the order number and check if there is a “reference”
  • Example below
  • Edit the sales order and remove/delete the reference remarks. (Leave it blank)

 

  • Once done you can now proceed on “Order to Exact”
  • This would trigger up the order and can now be view in EOL determine and check to find out. 
  • Email and inform the client.
