Purchase Order Status Cancel
- Requesting to cancel the Purchase Order in the warehouse. Sometimes the subject email of the client would be Delete/Deleting Purchased Order.
- Once changing the status of the Purchased order is to cancel it will reflect on the scanner and that specific purchased order will not appear anymore and the warehouse team will never see it
- Check OMS Account
- Go to Purchased Order
- Search for the Purchased Order
- Open the Purchased Order Details (Use 3 dots)
- Go to Actions
- Choose “Cancel Order”
- Or you can check below the item list and Tick all the lines
- Go to Actions from the left side of the Order Lines
- Choose “Cancel Order”
- As this changes the status of the Purchased Order to New
