Complete/Remove Order to Scanner

  • The effect of this one is that the client would like to remove the Sales Order from the scanner. 
  • Status in the OMS Sales Order can be anything E.g., Picked, Packed, Shipped, or Shipping. 
Notes
PROCESS
  • Check OMS 
  • Search for Sales Order 
  • Open the Sales Order Details (Use 3 dots)
  • Go to Actions 
  • Choose “Complete Order” or “Cancel Order” 
  • Or you can check below the item list and Tick all the lines 
  • Go to Actions from the left side of the Order Lines 
  • Choose “Complete Order” or “Cancel Order”
  • As this changes the status of the Sales Order is to be Completed.
  • What will happen to the scanner after this action? The Sales Order will be removed and will not exist anymore in the scanner device.
