Complete/Remove Order to Scanner
- The effect of this one is that the client would like to remove the Sales Order from the scanner.
- Status in the OMS Sales Order can be anything E.g., Picked, Packed, Shipped, or Shipping.
- Check OMS
- Search for Sales Order
- Open the Sales Order Details (Use 3 dots)
- Go to Actions
- Choose “Complete Order” or “Cancel Order”
- Or you can check below the item list and Tick all the lines
- Go to Actions from the left side of the Order Lines
- Choose “Complete Order” or “Cancel Order”
- As this changes the status of the Sales Order is to be Completed.
- What will happen to the scanner after this action? The Sales Order will be removed and will not exist anymore in the scanner device.
