Scanner Device Management - Scanner Icon Grid Issue

We have noticed a bug in the Android app with the Icon grid. The bug has been noted, and we will be working on a fix.


The primary problem is that the grid view on the scanner is not displaying correctly. This is causing difficulties for users as they are unable to see the necessary information in an organized and accessible manner. 

The issue is that text at the bottom of the list is cut off. This happens only when the last row does not have all columns filled and the menu item has a text with 2 rows.


How To Fix

Here's how you can fix the text at the bottom being cut off.

 

You have 2 options: Do this in OMS > App Role > Role Process. 

  1. Change the order of the menu items to only show menu items with 1 row of text at the bottom.
  2. Increase/decrease the amount of menu items to make the bottom row have all 3 columns filled using App Role.
