Impact Indicators
- Picking, packing, or receiving cannot continue.
- Operators blocked.
Critical Scenario
- All active scanners frozen or login screen stuck.
- Warehouse flow stopped.
Example Triaging Questions
- How many scanners are affected?
- Are users unable to continue picking or packing?
- When did the issue start?
- Is this happening for all users or specific users only?
Common Resolution Steps
- Verify scanner ID.
- Check scanner logs using timestamp
provided.
- Force logout affected user session.
- Clear application cache.
- Reinstall scanner app if needed.
- Retest login.
These steps help you resolve the issue on your own and resume your operations quickly.
