Location Upload Failed (Recurring Critical Issue)

The goal of this guide is to help BizBloqs clients quickly understand the operational impact of location upload issues. For clients, you may use this to self-diagnose before contacting BizBloqs for support.
Each issue has an assigned priority based on their operational impact. In this case, we consider "Location Upload Failed" an issue of medium priority. See table below:
When dealing with location upload failure, follow the triaging questions and resolution steps below:
Impact Indicators
- New locations not available.
- Putaway and replenishment blocked.
Critical Scenario
- No valid storage locations available for inbound flow.
Example Triaging Questions
- Is this blocking inbound or putaway?
- How many locations are affected?
- Was this a new template or reused file?
- Any error message shown?
Common Resolution Steps
- Validate file against official template.
- Convert file if needed.
- OMS > File Import > Upload file.
- Verify in Location Manager.
- Confirm with user.
These steps help you resolve the issue on your own and resume your operations quickly.
