Scanner Account Change Name and Barcode Login Issue


Idea
WORKAROUND
  • Changing the scanner name as per the client’s request can be acceptable. This means there is an existing account, and they want to replace it with a new account name. If they encounter an issue you can send them a Barcode login file. As you can see through OMS and OMS Manual Page: 40. 
                        

Notes
PROCESS

  • Check OMS Open the client account 
  • Go to Setup user 
  • Click the 3 dots for more options
  • Choose Edit 
  • Edit the following: Login, Description/Full name, Password, and Language if necessary as per client request.  
  • Hit Save
  • Click the 3 dots for more options
  • Choose the User login card
  • Double-click the file to download the PDF File. 
  • Once done forward it to the client as they can use this PDF file to log in to the account.
