Remove/Change Shipping Label Name

Shipping label name change (SendCloud)

  • Changing or removing the names in shipping label is possible.
  • This can be done by the client through SendCloud website.

Step 01 Workaround

  • Ask probing questions. For example: ask for a sample order with the shipping labels on it, ask for a screen shot of the actual Shipping labels (If not provided)
  • See example below from SendCloud:

  • Inform that changes can be done through SendCloud by the client
  • If the client doesn’t know how to do it, send them an instruction as follows:
  • Login to the send cloud account of the client using vault.
  • Go to settings 
  • And click on Address or (Adressen)
  • Choose the one whom the user requests to remove or change the name into the shipping label. 
  • Click the edit icon to view it. (DON’T EDIT OR SAVE ANYTHING JUST VIEW)
  • Take a screenshot and advise the client that they adjust their information there. 
  • Once confirm close the ticket

Step 02 How To Change via SendCloud

  • Login to the send cloud account of the client using vault.
  • Go to settings
     
  • Click on Address or (Adressen)
  • Choose the name whom the user requests to remove or change the name in the shipping label. 
  • Click the edit icon to view it. (DON’T edit or save anything.)
  • Take a screenshot and share with the client that they can adjust their information there. 
  • Once confirmed, close the ticket.
