Scanner Package Labels Wrongly Updated

DATA CORRECTION

Issue Description:
A user mistakenly inputted 73 shipping labels for an order, which led to issues with excessive label printing. The user requested to stop the label printing process and to release a colleague who was stuck due to the scanning issue.

Resolution:
Using DataManager, 63 shipment lines without status "DONE" were removed. This resolved the issue and label printing was stopped as requested.
