Release Sales Order in Reserved Stock

Reserved Stock OMS Management

  • Releasing of sales order item in reserved stock can be done by Second line or 3rd. 
  • Once the sales order item has been released the item within it will be available in the scanner. 
  • And once released the correct quantity would show up in the scanner. 

Step 01 Workaround

  • Investigate what causes the issue 
  • OMS > Reserved stock 
  • Check where the item is allocated for the sales order 
  • Ask line 2 or 3 to release the sales order in the reserved stock
  • Once done inform the client 
  • For verification check the OMS > Stock 
  • Check the correct quantity of that item 
  • Note: This can happen on multiple orders, so you need to investigate all the items with different sales orders
  • Once you have all the sales orders kindly ask assistance to line 2 or 3 to release them.
