OMS Management (Warehouse Transfer)
- Warehouse transfer refers to the process of moving inventory or goods from one warehouse location to another within a company's supply chain or distribution network. This transfer can occur for various reasons.
- A warehouse transfer, in the context of logistics and inventory management, refers to the process of moving goods or inventory items from one location or warehouse to another within the same organization. This transfer can occur for various reasons and is typically done with the goal of optimizing storage, improving efficiency, or responding to specific business needs.
- You can also Cancel the warehouse transfer for (Christmas items). In actions > Cancel. The line status will then be updated to "CANCELLED." You can advise the client or do it for yourself.
Step 01 Workaround
- Login to Client OMS
- OMS > Warehouse Transfer
- Search for the order number
- Tick the box for the order number
- Actions > Release Order
- This will then Trigger the line status and will be updated to "NEW"

Step 02 Investigation
- Check warehouse movements if its sync in EOL and OMS
- Check stock log
- Search warehouse transfer order then look for inbound and outbound
- If there is no outbound the process in BB is partially.
- Check EOL if the movement is correct by checking warehouse movements
- Attached to the ticket.
- If the client wants to complete the warehouse transfer
- Make the lines that are not complete “NEW” using action > Release order.
- Note: When releasing the warehouse transfer order number, it will allocate those order lines that have been finished. If this does not work you can ask line 2 for assistance to make the status NEW again for some order line using (data manager)
- Just ensure you have the right lines that are not completed. So once the client processes the order again that status should be changed to "new" again.
