Sometimes the connection breaks if they change their password. The easiest way to check is to just see if the expiration time changes in the next 10 minutes. Then refresh the message log since Ojah and Soho are the only two companies who do it like this.
(For agents: if the expiration time was in the past, let someone from the 2nd line know right away.)
Step 01 Workaround
- Open OMS of Ojah
- Check System and Integration
- Go to Connection > EOL OAuth
- Check Access token and Expiration date.
- Once expiration date has passed, check the message log with any server task with "EOL" to see if it is successful
- If it works, then just update the password in Vault.
- See sample screenshot below:
- Don't forget to add the old password in the notes.
- Once done, inform the client and provide the new password.
- Note: Usually the clients will provide the new password in the email. If not just, use the old password.
