OMS Account Password Reset
Password reset Is the action of invalidating the current password for an account on a website, service, or device, and then creating a new one. A password may be reset using the settings of the software or service, or by contacting the customer service department.
Process
- Check OMS Open the client account
- Open OMS User Manager
- Check the Email account or Name that the client provides.
- Search it under the correct filter
- Click the 3 dots from the right to edit the account
- Choose Change Password
- Create a Generated Password “consist of Capital and Small letters, Number and 1 Special Character”.
- Click save
- Test login password through OMS before sending it. If it works send it to the client.
