OMS Account Deletion

HOW TO

• Delete Account means the action of deleting an Account. This removes the Account from the database entirely. Until it is fully purged from all databases.
  

            

PROCESS

• Check OMS Open the client account 
• Open OMS User Manager 
• Check the Email account or Name that the client provides. 
• Search it under the correct filter 
• Highlight the account and distinguish if it’s basic or advanced. (For finance information)
• Remove all current roles access from the account before deleting it
• Click the 3 dots from the right to edit the account
• Once successfully deleted
• “Private Comment” – Tag SUBSCRIPTION team to remove subscriptions.
• When  SUBSCRIPTION team replies and successfully changes the subscription inform the client.
