OMS Account Creation

HOW TO

• Accounts used by applications to access databases, run batch jobs or scripts or provide access to other applications. These privileged accounts usually have broad access to underlying company information that resides in applications and databases.
  

            

PROCESS

• Tag SUBSCRIPTION Team to ask about the subscription price.
• Inform the client about the price if agree to proceed with creating an account
• Check OMS Open the client account 
• Open OMS User Manager 
• Hit the Cross button at the right top to create an account
• Fill up the Users Full name (Name), Email address
• Always “Off” the Administrator and Account Locked
• You see that there’s a group list from the right
• Ask the client what roles and client access need to be added to the newly created account. “Always check the bottom part to see the roles account”. 
• Add default role “Knight” – Or what would the client request?
