OMS Account Unblocked
DESCRIPTION:
A blocked account refers to an account that restricts unlimited or indiscriminate withdrawals or other forms of access. Instead, it imposes specific limitations on when, how much, and by whom funds can be withdrawn.
On means “Account is Locked.”
Off means “Account is Unlocked.”
WORKAROUND / SOLUTION:
Open OMS and access the client account.

Go to OMS User Manager.

Check the email address or name provided by the client.

Use the appropriate filter to search for the user.

Click the three dots on the right to edit the account.

Turn off Account Locked to unlock the account.

Click the SAVE button.
