OMS Connection and Server Task Management
Resetting OMS Connection for an account is possible.
If you or the client has details like host, user, and password etc., you can see this in OMS Connection. Just right click then edit.
- The Base URL = This one connects to the endpoint API. We could also use this to specify the entire directory here.
- TaskURL = Root of the directory
Note: When changing the account credentials for Connection or Server Task, kindly save the old credentials first.
How To Change
- Identitfy which connection the client is referring to
- Login to OMS
- Go to System and Integration
- Check Connection
- Check Server Task with the correct Destination Connection
- Once you distinguish the correct one, click for the details to edit the connection. See example below:
- Once changed successfully, check OMS Message log
- Run the Server task that is the link for the connection
- Confirm to ensure its success
