Delivery Method refers to the specific way or mode used to deliver goods or services to customers. This can include options like shipping, courier services, batch picking, batch cart and SKU Items.
BizBloqs always keeps the delivery method that was set in Exact unless it's an unknown delivery method or it is changed manually. It will still use the delivery method we get from Exact but you will have the option to change it in the scanner (during shipping). This can be configured by Bizbloqs admin or Client users.
Delivery Days are numbers configured if a client wants to see the orders in advance before the delivery day of the order. As read in the system, the scanner will show the order and allows the users to pick orders only 1 day in advance. This could vary based on the chosen shipping method, location, and the policies of the business or service provider. Some businesses may offer specific delivery days based on customer preferences or operational logistics.
Step 01 How To Resolve Issues
If a client reports an issue that an order cannot be viewed, picked, or does not appear in the scanner:
Check the delivery method of the order
Once identified, check the setup delivery method in OMS
Check if the delivery days show a "1" value
If so, inform the client that this is a normal process because the delivery method has this option.
Let them know that the order will show in the hand scanner automatically, 1 day in advance, as a reminder that the order needs to be processed before its delivery date.
Also inform the client that they can view the order when input manually in the scanner this means it bypass all the checklist or configuration about the delivery method settings.
If the client has a system property called "FilterOnOrderLineDeliveryDate", do note this:
If ON - The system is checking the order line delivery date which is not visible in OMS (Data Manager)
If OFF - The system is checking the delivery date of the order itself.

This is to inform you that the delivery days are linked to the delivery methods. Not all methods with you have the same number of delivery days, so it may be that they would come into the scanner later.
In the OMS, you can search for delivery methods that you can use. Please also be guided by the delivery day value: If it shows a 0, you should get all today's orders. If it says 1, you should get all the orders today and tomorrow. Your scanner is also able to check this.
