Packing Slip to EOL

  • As the sales order has already run and shipped. The Sales Order didn’t go through properly in EOL. The Delivery Status was still Open and Delivered still has 0 status. BB and Exact need to be synchronized correctly. Check the workaround below to sync the details from EOL and BB. 
  • Dont DO THIS with BODY-SUPPLIES COMPANY
  • If the packing slip has no closed date and Partial delivered order status in exact Dont Do This. 
Notes
PROCESS
  • Check the Exact account of the client > Use Zoho Vault
  • Search for the Sales Order number in EOL 
  • If EOL is showing 0% in Delivered 
  • Check OMS 
  • Packing slip Search for “Order number” 
  • Open the Packing slip “Click 3 dots and choose More Details”
  • Tick the order lines below 
  • And on the top right choose Actions
  • Choose Packing slip to Exact
  • Click Process 
  • Once the message shows as successfully done.
  • Check EOL and search for the Sales Order number. It will need to show the correct percentage of the Delivered Items.
