EAN (European Article Number) codes, also known as International Article Number (IAN) or European Article Numbering (EAN-13) codes, are a standard system for identifying products, particularly in the retail and consumer goods industry. EAN codes are used to uniquely identify products for the purpose of inventory management, sales tracking, and pricing.
Some clients would request to search for products/items with EAN codes. You can show them the steps on how to do it using a filter.
You can also use filters and export the file to be sent to the client.
Step 01 Workaround
Open OMS
Go to Item Manager
Use the filter
Select column: Barcode Operator: Not null
Click apply
Then Export the file
Use a screenshot so the clients would know the procedures.
