Blocked/Inactive Articles

Blocked, Delete or Inactive Items OMS Management

Inactive articles can be done through OMS.
Once articles are successfully blocked the items will not appear in the scanner anymore.
Take note if the client is using Exact, advised them to do this by turning ON the item in exact.
If client is not using an Exact "example: afta" you may do the procedures below.

Step 01

Open OMS
Go to Item manager
Search for the article
Click the details for the article
Edit the article located at the top
On the Label look for “Active”
When it indicates on edit this by clicking the three dots from the right beside active row
Input “OFF” word
Save settings
This is also possible vice versa, if a client request to activate the item input "ON" word.
