[Client Manual] OMS Action Builder
NOTE: To carry out the specific actions on OMS
Step 1. Import Scan File
- Go to OMS > Order Management > Sales Order
- Click on the plus sign in the top right corner to create a new sales order.
- Under Customer, select the customer for whom you want to create the order. For this case, used 100459, Test Customer
- Click on "Actions" in the top right corner and select "Import Scan File".
- Click the box outlined in orange to select a file from the browser, or drag and drop the file from the explorer into the box outlined in orange
- The file is immediately read in and translated into the correct articles. Items that have been scanned multiple times will be merged with the number (in the quantity column) immediately. Depending on the number of rules, it may take a few minutes for everything to load.
- Click on "Process" to add the items to the sales order.
- Click "Cancel" to not add the items to the sales order.
- Click on "Add File" to load a second file and merge it with the already loaded articles.
- The items have now been added to the order. Click on "Close" to return to the order.
- Click on the floppy disk in the top right corner to save the sales order. Or click on the cross to discard the order you made.
- Now the sell order has been added.
Step 2. Find articles
- Go to OMS > Order management > Sales order
- Click on the plus sign in the top right corner to create a new sales order.
- Under Customer, select the customer for whom you want to create the order. (In this case I used 100459, Test Customer)
- Click on "Actions" in the top right corner and select "Search item (ActionDent)".
- You can now search for an article in the different columns. Use the filter on the right to load the search.
- In the "Quantity" column, enter the quantity you want to add to the order or use the arrows to add more or less.
- When you're done adding items, scroll down. Click on "Process" to add the items to the sales order. Click "Cancel" to not add the items to the sales order.
- Click on the floppy disk in the top right corner to save the sales order. Or click on the cross to discard the order you made.
- Now the sell order has been added.
