App Role OMS Management


  • Adding a Role process in the scanner is possible. No payment is needed since they are paying for the existing account. 
  • On AppUser you can add an OMS account (only 1 Email address per Scanner account). This means when you login with that OMS account, you will have the option to allocate roles to PDT account.
  • Expound: The client cannot create new processes within their current role. However, if the client has linked their OMS account to their scanner account and will have access on the image below, they can assign roles that they already possess within their team members scanner account. 

  • If there is a role that a client would like to acquire for everyone in his/her team just create a seperate role pertaning to that role only like a "Basic role" for more information visit the article: "Adding Role for Scanner Account"

Step 01 Workaround

  • Login the client OMS account 
  • App Roles
  • Search for the Label Role
  • Select the role and on the left Check Process
  • Look for the process (OUT) that needs to be added 
  • Click it and drag it in the Role Process (IN)
  • Save settings
  • Confirm to client if it’s working
