Enabling OMS Setup
Requesting additional export options in OMS is possible through the export button.
"Export" allows users to transfer information or content from the application to an external destination in a usable format.
This could include exporting data to a file, such as a spreadsheet, document, PDF, CSV, or other file formats, depending on the application.
Step 01 Workaround
What to do in case the client is asking for EXPORT option to be enabled
- Open OMS of client
- Go to OMS Roles
- Check the existing role for the requested account to be given the access too "Check OMS account then app role (bottom)"
- Once check search the app role name in the OMS Roles
- Check if "Setup" is added there
- If No, Search for another app role name which has a "Setup" option
- If Yes, go to Setup and click the + sign. Here you can see the options you can enable and disable.
- Once done, refresh your page and advice client to log back into OMS
- Please refer to the image below. This logo will be then available for the OMS account of the client:
- If it didn't work, change the sorting of placement in App role for clients OMS account.

To see the availability stock of an item (Real Time), go to Stock positions report in OMS.
