Adding Role for Scanner Account
- Organizations that clearly define roles and responsibilities can simplify their warehouse processes. It can empower their people to do better and be more focused at work. It also helps boost operational efficiency by reducing confusion and redundancies.
- Take note that each Item and Roles are different for each client.
- Check OMS
- Open Setup Users
- Go to the bottom of the App user list (Highlight the existing account to see what roles he/she currently has)
- Add the roles that the client/requestor wants to identify through email.
- “If not” Check the requestor’s account and mirror it to the newly created account
- Make sure you add the correct roles to the correct account as it needs to be highlighted before adding. If the “Role” does not exist kindly escalate it to Feature Request.
