Scanner Logs Management
Using BizBloqs logs and backups (OFFICE1) you can determine on how our customer works in their scanners step by step. In this case the customer reported that the packing slip and label has been double printed.
Step 01 Action Taken
- Connect to VPN
- Open logs and backups
- Search for the correct client
- Look for the accurate date and time when it occurred
- To accurately find the correct data in logs since the format we use is base64 kindly translate the AIRWAY Bill (AW) in the packing slip.
- Note that AIRWAY BILL is used to scan to print the label.
- Be guided by the screenshot below:
- The shipping AWB is 3SBAAS7642296. Which is M1NCQUFTNzY0MjI5Ng== in base64 (which is the format being used in the scanner
- If you find this in the database and then search up, you will find a reprint button
- Can't tell if it was actually printed twice. But the app registered a buttonpress for Reprint
- If you stumble that it actually printed twice it should look like this. ScreenLayoutConfirm|ActieScanner11|@Reprint
- Inform the client

Good day!
The shipping label is scanned, and there is indeed a reprint included.
We can't see if it was actually printed, but the Reprint button was pressed.
