SC (SendCloud) - Parallel
OMS SendCloud Connection
When a customer is using a task called SC-parallel (SendCloud-parallel), please check the properties of the order. It should have SendCloudOrderId (screenshot below).
When this SendCloudOrderId is missing, the parallel task was not able to do its function. (This is not something you can currently fix, but you can at least check if the property exists).
Workaround
- Open OMS
- Got to System and Integration
- Look for the Server task mentioned by you or the client.
- Check if it was successful via the order number (if mentioned)
- Check Sales Order number
- At the bottom, you can see "Properties"
- Click it to get the info. See below:
