Outside Only Orders vs Replenish Items

SOLUTION REQUIREMENTS:

As a restock picker we want the Move multi open orders (replenish) to only let us replenish plants from outside to inside that are combined in orders with inside plants.  This is so that the 100% outside only orders can be directly picked from outside.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. This only applies to items that need to be replenished from zone BUITEN
2. If an orders consists of non-autopick items in zone BUITEN and also has atleast 1 non-autopick item from another zone, the item in the BUITEN zone must be replenished (mixed order situation).
3. If an order only consists of non-autopick items in zone BUITEN, skip the replenish for this item, because we will pick this order directly in the BUITEN zone
4. Short stock dashboard should also react to this change (skip the 100% BUITEN only orders from Verplaatsen status)
5. Preferred solution: classify orders every X minutes and add order property named "BUITEN only" for 100% buiten orders and exclude those orders from Replenish.

To classify an order as "BUITEN only" take description number 3 into account. Only Non-autopick items in zone BUITEN = BUITEN Only order

SOLUTION:

Updated ActionCreateReplenishmentRequestReplenishmentBySO to exclude orders with property BuitenOnly = 'TRUE'

Added new server task to classify buiten/outside orders

Also updated the Mostert_MRP report
