Personal Display Preferences

A new configuration screen lets you switch on dark mode, tab based navigation, your preferred notification position and the columns shown on list pages. Your choices apply everywhere you work in OMS.

Organisation System Settings

Your organisation's date format and default page size are now managed in one place. Changes are retained when you close and reopen the screen.

Configurable Keyboard Shortcuts

You can now work through OMS from the keyboard, opening the dashboard, creating and editing records, moving between tabs and toggling dark or compact mode. A shortcut reference is available at any time, and you can reassign any shortcut or restore the defaults.

Faster List Pages

Your list pages load more quickly because the way records are counted and paged has been reworked. The difference is most noticeable on pages holding large numbers of records.

Clearer Full Message View

Opening the full message from a message log now shows the complete content with its original formatting and line breaks, including very large messages, matching what you see in the message details.

Reliable Printer Selection

Searching for a printer now returns every printer on your account, including accounts with well over a hundred of them. Once selected, the printer's status is reported correctly in the list.

Fewer Two-Factor Prompts

Once you have signed in with two-factor authentication, OMS remembers your device for seven days, so you are not asked for another code during that period. Your session still times out as usual, and signing out manually does not reset the seven days, so take care on shared computers.

Two-Factor Enabled By Default

New organisations now start with two-factor authentication switched on, so the extra sign-in step protects everyone from day one. Existing settings are unchanged.

Improved Platform Stability

OMS now reaches external services through dedicated network capacity, so busy periods can no longer use up the connections it depends on. This removes the cause of the service interruption on 21 July.

General Security Maintenance

Routine security and reliability updates were completed across the OMS web application and APIs to support ongoing account protection, secure communications, and reliable platform operation.

Terms Acceptance For Everyone

Fixed an issue that stopped users without administrator rights from accepting the terms and conditions, which left them unable to continue past the login screen. Every user can now accept and carry on.

Reliable Sign Out During Setup

Fixed an issue that interfered with signing out while two-factor authentication was being set up for the first time. Signing out now behaves normally throughout setup.

Correct Logon Date And Time

Fixed an issue that prevented the logon date and time on a user from being held as a proper date and time. The value you select is now saved and shown correctly in both the user record and the user list.

Reliable Order Line Totals

Fixed an issue that could alter order line totals when you opened a sales order for editing and saved it again without changing anything. Totals now stay correct.
