Feature Release Notes V.1127

Feature Release Notes V.1127

This release introduces personalised table views, smoother keyboard navigation, faster performance on key screens, and a number of fixes that make everyday order and shipment work more reliable, along with routine security updates.

  New Features

Personalised Table Layouts

Column Layout and Column Template controls are now available to all user roles, so every user can tailor list and detail views to fit how they work, with changes saved instantly and no page reload required.

Keyboard Menu Navigation

Use the arrow keys to move through the main menu without leaving the keyboard, making it faster to reach the section you want.

Workflow Logs Search

Search across log files and log contents, with sensible default date ranges applied when the screen opens, making it easier to trace specific activity.

  Improvements

Refreshed Visual Style

The interface now uses the Quicksand font for a cleaner, more modern feel, with friendlier error screens when something unexpected happens.

Updated Quantity Controls

The Print & receive screen on purchase orders now uses the new plus/minus quantity control style, matching the rest of the OMS.

Quick Links on Order Line Registration

Order and Packing Slip values are now clickable hyperlinks on the Generic Order Line Registration list and detail pages, so you can jump straight to the related record.

Carrier Status Autocomplete

When editing a Shipment Unit, the Carrier Status autocomplete now only shows relevant carrier shipment statuses, removing irrelevant matches.

Packing Slip Log Time

The Log Date Time field on Packing Slips now displays the time alongside the date for a fuller audit trail.

Shipment Units Access Scope

The Shipment Units page now correctly honours the Owner, Location, and Relation assigned to your account, so the data you see is consistent with the rest of your OMS experience.

Faster Key Screens

Significant performance improvements deliver noticeably quicker load times on the Asset, Purchase Order Lines, and Stock Log screens, especially on accounts with large amounts of history.

  General Security Updates

General Security Maintenance

Routine security and reliability updates were completed across the OMS web application and APIs to support ongoing account protection, secure communications, and reliable platform operation.

  Bug Fixes

Information Messages

Scheduled information messages with active date ranges now display as expected for the configured periods.

Item Manager

Resolved issues where items could not be created despite required fields being filled, additional units were not always saved when adding multiple units, and deleting a unit conversion could remove the entire item record.

Orders Field Setting

Corrected an incorrect field setting on the Orders page so values now save and display reliably.

Location Manager Refresh

Clicking Refresh on the Location Manager page now properly reloads the data.

Order Registration Edit Refresh

Order line data is now refreshed before editing, so you are always working with the latest values.
